This is a shop that I always stop by every time I go to Tateshina. There are many regular customers, and the best soba made by many years of experience is exquisite. The crispy tempura fried by his wife is also the best. The soba noodles are 28, full of flavor, chewy, smooth, and delicious! Shinshu is also famous for its grated yam, so grated yam soba is especially delicious when it's in season. The chewy texture and sweetness of yam is addictive.
Although the flavor is a bit strong, it is a delicious soba restaurant. The price is low and the volume is large. It's divided into tatami rooms and four-person seats, and the restaurant itself isn't that big. The photo shows warm tanuki soba. The kamaboko was thick and the wild vegetables on top were well seasoned and delicious. The parking lot in front is not large so it is difficult to park, but there seems to be a parking lot in the back as well. The miso oden was also delicious. There is also a smoking area in front of the store. Although it's a tourist spot, I think it's a wallet-friendly soba restaurant.
