This is a popular soba restaurant near Lake Goddess. The soba noodles are made with locally produced buckwheat flour, and the water is also made from delicious local ingredients. The staff was kind and provided service that even accommodated small children, which made me happy 😊😊 Salt for the soba noodles was also prepared and I ate my first bite with salt♪♪♪ The taste of the soba was outstanding and delicious. The seasonal rice cooked with bamboo shoots was full of bamboo shoots and was very satisfying.

This is a soba restaurant near Lake Megami. We recommend the small tempura bowl and soba set. The tempura bowl with soba noodles, shrimp tempura, and vegetable tempura is highly satisfying. I also ate soba tofu for the first time, but the chewy texture is addictive.
