I used it on my trip. A set of tempura, soba and mushroom rice. Buckwheat is 1.5 times. The tempura was crispy and the shrimp and vegetables were all delicious. The buckwheat had a good flavor, and I could eat it with pelori even if it was 1.5 times. I am very satisfied with the set that is typical of Nagano Prefecture. Dogs are allowed on the terrace, which was nice.
