"Restaurant Sanza" is located in Kasuga Onsen. Although it is located along Yuzawa Mochizuki Kaido, it is a wonderful shop with a hideaway-like appearance. Dinner is limited to one group per day. There is a fireplace inside the store, and it is a luxurious space where you can feel the warmth of wood. The dishes prepared by the chef are so beautiful and delicate that it would be rude for me to describe them. Locally grown vegetables and mushrooms are used. I also groaned at the green onion and ginseng nigiri. There were some wines recommended by the wife that cannot be described in just one word, ``delicious.'' It was a truly happy time. I would like to visit you again.
