I visited with my mother. The owner and his wife are very friendly, and not only do they serve delicious soba, but they even offer advice on immigration. It's a very nice soba restaurant that looks like something out of a Ghibli movie! Of course, the soba noodles were excellent, and the tamagoyaki was also delicious. Thank you for the vegetables too.orz

It was a bit hard to find the entrance to the store, as it looked like it had been turned into a soba restaurant out of an old house, but once inside, it was made of traditional wood and had a relaxing atmosphere. I ordered the Seiro Soba set, and the Seiro Soba was hand-made soba that went down smoothly and had a watery texture. The grilled miso and soba tofu in the set were also very delicious. The landmark is that there is a mysterious sacred tree called Nene Shrine across from the store. I will drop by again. Thank you for the meal!

I thought I'd give it a try someday because it has high reviews on Google. Stylish! This shop has a wonderful and comfortable atmosphere that will surely be appreciated by discerning women in their 30s to 50s. This is a renovated private house, and although the outside looks exactly like the surrounding private houses, once you step through the front door, it's completely different. A wood-burning stove greets you on the earthen floor, old fittings are well placed, and the floorboards are made of Japanese larch, with slippers worn on the floorboards. Inside, there are four sets of rare paulownia tables and a low table on the tatami mats in the back, so there's bound to be a wait when it's busy. It's a small space with a verandah, and a Japanese cypress glass door in front of the veranda is a nice touch. As you can see from the photos, the interior is very stylish and has a great sense of style throughout. I ordered a bamboo steamer soba set and a duck soup bamboo basket for 1,400 yen each. Every single item, right down to the wasabi condiment, is very delicious. The character “kuu” is written on the chopstick rest! Also, the kiriboshi daikon bowl was specially made and was grilled by an acquaintance. The lacquerware duck soup ware is very light and made from Kiso lacquerware! ? . The thin noodles are short and have just the right amount of chewiness. Is the amount small? The soup has a strong scent of bonito and has a strong presence! The miso that is grilled on the dipstick is especially special! The duck soup is also delicious! You'll be missing out if you don't try the tofu and dried daikon radish included in the set! The feelings of these two people who value quality over profit are clearly conveyed. Is it making a profit? I feel worried. I really want to run a shop like this run by the owner and the landlady! It's a shop that clearly expresses that feeling. Next time, I would like to stay at Kasuga Onsen and make a reservation for dinner. I'm really looking forward to the combination of sake and grilled miso. The proprietress, who came from Kanagawa, was very friendly and answered all our questions politely, and the owner greeted us with a smile as he patted his short-haired head from the kitchen. It will be closed for the winter from January to mid-April, so I'm looking forward to next year's cherry blossoms. That's right, the curry soba posted on the wall! I want to try it next time!
