More Comments at Google MapWe went for dinner and seated at the outdoor area beside the river. Even in the summer time it was not hot at all and the atmosphere was very chilled. The lady who served us was super welcoming and easygoing. Food was decent. We enjoyed the meal a lot.
I've asked him several times. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm posting because I can always enjoy warm customer service and delicious dishes using plenty of local ingredients at home. When I visited in the spring, the tempura, ohitashi, and soba noodles made with locally grown wild vegetables were exquisite! In the summer, August seems to be the peak season, and the store was crowded, but the sukiyaki was carefully cooked, and even though they were busy, they played with their children, so I was able to eat slowly. In autumn, I had a mushroom hotpot made with local Shinshu miso, and I was so impressed with how delicious it was! ! There were about 15 kinds of mushrooms in the pot, and I enjoyed the variety of textures and tastes. If you eat it with pork loin, the rice porridge at the end will be even more delicious! The staff and the atmosphere of the shop are very comfortable, so I would like to visit again.
I visited on November 14, 2021. It was a nice atmosphere shop located in Tokyu Resort Town Tateshina. I had heard that the mushroom hotpot was delicious, so I ordered it. I also had horse sashimi and Shinshu salmon. The horse sashimi was lean, had no taste at all, was very soft and very delicious. Shinshu salmon has no odor at all, so even people who don't like salmon can eat it. It was so delicious I thought. Due to circumstances, I didn't have alcohol, but I would have liked to have both with sake. The main dish was the mushroom hotpot, and it was a luxurious hotpot containing about 20 types of locally grown mushrooms. The flavor of the mushrooms combined with the flavor of the root vegetables such as burdock was very delicious, with each mushroom having a different taste. We also recommend adding pork shoulder loin as it will make it easier to understand and more delicious. To finish off the meal, I had rice porridge, which was absolutely delicious! It's better to eat this no matter what! I was surprised at how the taste of the hot pot completely changed! Since it's a resort town, some people might think the prices are high at first glance, but I think the service was well worth it. They say they might start serving beef stew from winter, so I thought I'd check it out again.
