This is a restaurant located in Daimon, Nagawa Town. Both the exterior and interior are reminiscent of a Showa era private house. The menu prices are quite aggressive: 1,100 yen for rice with egg, 1,450 yen for omelette rice, and 1,980 yen for oyakodon. The omelette rice and oyakodon were delicious. Ingredients that are free-ranged with domestic fertilizer and raised in natural water are delicious on another level! Speaking of oyakodon, it costs around 600 yen at restaurants in town. To be honest, I thought it was expensive, but it was so delicious that it far exceeded my expectations and broke all preconceived notions. The cooking was also excellent, bringing out the flavor of the ingredients.

An egg specialty store nestled in the mountains...I was sure it would be delicious, so I visited. I am very impressed with the kind customer service even though it was about to close. I was hesitant about the fried egg set meal, but chose the egg-cooked rice instead. We received a very detailed explanation of the seasonings from the strong-looking host. Of course, it's exactly as I expected. Moreover, the rice is a donburi rice bowl with plenty of miso soup (lol) You will feel very happy! This is the first time I've tried seasoning, but the white miso tamari is exquisite.
