Koumi, Nagano, Japan｜Gekka

I went for dinner around 6:30pm. First, we toasted with bottled beer. As appetizers, we ordered pork kimchi, spring rolls, and chicken cartilage. Each one was exquisite and very delicious. Finally, I ordered miso ramen as my final dish. The ramen, made with rich miso from Nagano Prefecture, was a great dish along with the flat noodles.

I ordered the katsudon and mini ramen set. The amount of katsudon is quite large! The mini ramen has a soy sauce flavor and the noodles are curly and thick and delicious! Still, at 1030 yen, I'm satisfied with the taste and volume that can't be beat! The store had a "good old" feel to it, and the staff were very friendly.

Fried rice and mini ramen today! The ramen here is handmade and chewy. The fried rice is also delicious! It's good because it's here, so it's good to go diagonally. In other words, do strike!
