Yakiniku House Chikuma-ya, located in Koumi Town, Nagano Prefecture, is a yakiniku restaurant run by a butcher. The restaurant's recommendation is Ringo Wagyu Shinshu Beef. Shinshu Premier Wagyu is meat from a different sect from Shinshu Premier Wagyu Beef, and it may be a little difficult to understand for the untrained eye, but Shinshu Premier Wagyu beef has a fixed content of oleic acid and a standard for deliciousness. Personally, I understand that Apple Wagyu Shinshu beef is raised on salted apples. Since it's run by a butcher, it has a wide lineup of meat from cheap to high-end meat, so it seems like it can cater to people of all tastes. In this use Tan-SIO skirt steak fin Stewed beef tendon I ate it. The biggest miscalculation was the amount of stewed beef tendon. When I looked at the picture, I imagined it to be about the size of a small bowl, but when it turned out to be about the size of a bowl, I couldn't help but look twice. I thought I wouldn't be able to eat this much, but when I took a bite, I was surprised for the second time. This stew is delicious. It contains plenty of guinea pig tendon, and goes well with vegetables such as burdock root and onions. It was a great dish with the flavor of miso that enveloped it all. The raw beef tongue is good, but the lemon juice provided as a dipping sauce is not very tasty. Commercially squeezed lemon juice. In this case, it would be better to eat it with just salt. It's Chikuma-ya, but it's not a yakiniku restaurant that focuses on the taste of the meat without seasoning, which is common at butcher-style yakiniku restaurants. The restaurant itself also promotes the use of ``sauce'', and I'm impressed by the fact that the sauce adds a nice flavor to the dish. However, this sauce didn't suit me. It's a type of sauce that leaves a lot of soy sauce behind, and it would have been even more delicious if it was sweeter! That's what I thought, but this is just my personal opinion. Overall, it was a good yakiniku restaurant, with a good taste. I am creating a blog called ``Yakiniku Encyclopedia'' where I record my visits to yakiniku restaurants all over Japan. Google Maps basically gives it a ★5, but blogs give it an 11-point rating from 0 to 10. Please check out our blog for other Yakiniku restaurant information.

That's a very delicious word❗ Beef raised on apples is the best❗ The cost performance is also good❗

Great meat at low prices and delicious. As expected, it is a butcher's yakiniku restaurant.
