There was a terrace seat, so I used it with my dog. It's a great location with a great view of Mt. Yatsugatake, as well as Mt. Kinpu and Mt. Ogura on the Chichibu side. I received something called tomato soba. It was rare, and the tomato itself was very delicious, but I was left with the feeling that there was no need to pair it with soba. The staff members are very attentive and I highly recommend this shop.

I stopped by due to work. I ate a beef offal stew set meal. Surprisingly, there were a lot of customers coming in, and the atmosphere and staff were nice. Seasonal vegetables were sold at the entrance. I want to stop by again

At the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake, Nobeyama Plateau. A soba noodle shop along Route 141. The surrounding countryside spreads out, and you can also see Yatsugatake. It is a scene typical of Shinshu. I stopped by because I wanted to eat soba. This is my first visit. It was around 3pm, so the store was empty. I ordered a large serving of Morisoba. It's an extra 300 yen, but I got two bamboo steamers. The handmade soba was chewy and delicious. Shinshu soba eaten in the nature of the plateau at the foot of Yatsugatake is exceptional. It's sure to be delicious. When I come to Shinshu, I want to eat soba no matter what. It is such an attractive food. "I prefer Shinshu Shinano soba to your soba."
