Delicious French cuisine with high quality ingredients and subtle but flavorful courses!

It is a wonderful shop with a nice view overlooking the plateau, right next to Shinshu International Music Village. Flowers bloomed in chatting in a relaxed space. I asked for a pork saute course in the lunch set. Freshly harvested vegetable salad is a very delicious vegetable. The cold burdock soup was delicious with a slight scent of burdock. Pork is a little big and surprised. The person who went with me ordered fish, but I'm glad the fish was more fashionable. Dessert was a mousse with a very attractive almond scent, and I was very satisfied.

It was my first time visiting. There aren't many shops that make me want to come back, but this one definitely makes me want to come again! I thought. I was very satisfied with the atmosphere of the restaurant, the personality of the owner, the appearance, taste, and price of the food. I visited during dinner time, but it was a little late, so when I contacted them, they said, ``It's okay.'' At this point, I was left with a good impression. For the dish, I ordered the Saint Malo course (meat). The course content is [2 appetizers, seasonal soup Sirloin steak or seasonal fish bread or rice Dessert, coffee or tea] The salad was freshly harvested from our own farm and was crunchy and delicious. I don't like tomatoes, but they were delicious too. The appetizer made with eggplant was also delicious. The soup is cold beetroot soup. I was impressed by the pink color. lol The meat was delicious and the dessert was very delicious. I was happy to see that they were attentive and checked my allergies. The restroom was stylish and clean, and there were plenty of hand towels, so I felt that they were very attentive. I go to quite a few restaurants that are considered to be "high class", but this restaurant serves reasonably priced food and is even more upscale with its attentiveness! I think.
