It was a pouring day, but when I visited at 12:00, There were 3 groups of customers (8 people). It is a popular store because the government office and post office are right in front of you. I ate a warm Yamaho soba (850 yen). The large amount of nameko (?) and grated yam are amazing! (Funghi 🍄 isn't it too big? Was it really a mushroom mushroom...?) And the gentle soba soup... I was detoxed. Tasty, filling, and healthy. I want to try other menus...or rather, I want to drink soba-yu, so I will repeat!

I will take care of you when I go to the Saku area. If the time is late, the soba noodles may run out, so sometimes you call and have them secure it. It's not a high-end soba restaurant, nor is it a fancy restaurant. Is it a normal shop when you go back to your parents' house in the countryside? When it's cold, I eat warm soba, and I usually have tempura soba. I've been a fan ever since an acquaintance brought me here for the first time. The atmosphere of the shop with the owner and the successor suits me. And I like it. But that's not all, the soba is delicious even though it's affordable.

I ordered nameko soba and assorted tempura. First of all, I was surprised by the large amount of nameko mushrooms, the soba's smooth texture, and the elegant flavor of the soup. Moreover, the price is low and it feels like a good deal. Tempura is delicious with wild vegetables! We use seasonal ingredients, and the tempura batter is thin and chewy, so we highly recommend you give it a try. The couple was warm and we were able to enjoy our meal slowly and calmly.
