Went on a Sunday around 11:15. The parking lot is already full It was barely stopped. I wondered if I could enter at the same time as the store opened, but it was full in front of us. If you write your name and car number on the order list, they will come to call your car. The order is spicy miso char siu and gyoza. I managed to order the char siu system at the last minute. The counter was spacious and there was enough space to put my luggage and it was comfortable. The spicy miso is just the right amount of spiciness and the noodles are chewy. The gyoza was also very satisfying with plenty of gravy.

Kajikaya handmade ramen 1834-2 Shimotakeishi, Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture I got char siu noodles (large serving) and dumplings. The handmade noodles are chewy and slippery, and the soup is rich and deep with a refreshing aftertaste. The dumplings have a chewy skin and the bean paste is juicy. Most of the customers who lined up first before opening at 11:30 ordered char siu noodles. Because the char siu noodles are limited, they were sold out before 12:00. You can't even park your car in the parking lot on weekends. Even on weekdays, people wait in line outside, and there are many cars and motorcycles with out-of-prefecture license plates, making this a very popular store. If you eat it, you'll understand why it's such a popular restaurant.
