I ordered two types of platter for 900 yen and Kakesoba for 900 yen. The two types are homemade brown ground Shinano No. 1, the one on the right in the photo, and the Fukui Reitoko native variety on the left, both 100%. It's fragrant, chewy and delicious. The Kakesoba is made from 100% northern early variety. The soba noodles will stretch and you won't break your back. The soup is also delicious. The spicy soup could be a little spicier. It's a store that still has room to grow.
