There was a group in there and there was a sign saying they were preparing, but when I asked them about it, they said they would let me in if they wanted katsudon. And the katsudon was extremely delicious. It was surprisingly delicious, better than any other katsudon I've had at any other restaurant. The inside of the store is cluttered and not at all stylish, but the madam is very charming and we enjoyed chatting, so I would definitely come back again.
