I came here by chance, and all the dishes were very delicious. In particular, I was surprised at how delicious the recommended quiche was at first bite.

This shop is a shop where you can drink "water coffee", which is rare in Ueda. I went before 12:00 on Saturday, but there weren't many seats, so I waited for about 20 to 30 minutes. There was nowhere to wait, so I was walking around town. The atmosphere of the shop is fashionable and young women seem to like it. The soup has a well-made taste, and it is a level that you can not see much elsewhere. For the salad, I ate a salad with strawberries for the first time. The sourness is not too strong, so I don't have a particular claim, but I thought it was a good idea to make it unique. Although it is an a la carte dish, gnocchi is common, and curry-flavored lotus root with barley on the top was provided, and the taste and barley were a good match. The main lasagna had spinach in between and had a nice bitterness accent. If you don't like stretched noodles, you may want to avoid lasagna. The pasta was cream pasta with chicken and mushrooms. There was a part that I didn't know why it was delicious. I ordered the cold brew coffee hot, but I felt it was a little thin for someone like me who likes strong bitterness. In general, I wouldn't call it American, but I think it's a thin category. The aroma of the coffee was very good, and the coffee itself was easy to drink because the beans were not too strong. You can enjoy coffee with extremely little oil and miscellaneous taste peculiar to cold brew. I tried adding milk in the middle, but it didn't change the taste of the coffee that much. I think it's good that the acidity is not emphasized strangely. The music playing is good, they seem to be holding events, and the staff's customer service was very good.

I had a friend take me there. I can't do a detailed review of the food, but it's very delicious! I ate it and my brain felt happy. The taste of cold-brewed coffee without any miscellaneous taste. Also, it's very comfortable. I was able to leave the shop with a very happy score.
