Sakuho, Nagano, Japan｜Kawasemi

I entered for the first time on September 22, 2023. It was a weekday, the restaurant was empty just after it opened, and I listened to the wife's explanation of the cuisine, and I had a tempura set with yamame fish and mori soba. The wild fish was plump, soft and delicious, and I enjoyed eating it with the four types of salt. The vegetables had a nice crunchy texture from the tempura batter and went well with the soba noodles. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm, and I was able to enjoy the soba at a leisurely pace. I stopped by again, and next time I thought I'd like to try the soba noodles with shrimp tempura and Kitayatsu ham (*'-'*)♪ Also, the craft cola looks delicious!

Visited on the middle day of a three-day holiday. I went after 11 o'clock, but the seats were full. Due to the lack of staff, the restaurant was not able to clean up immediately after the customers had finished their meals and left, so I had to wait a while to be seated, but I thought it could be helped as the priority was to serve freshly prepared food. Customer service was courteous while waiting, serving meals, and in other situations. Not only the soba noodles, but also the soba gaki and freshly fried tempura were delicious. The fried soba noodles were also good.

Visited on 2022.7.10 I arrived around 1:30pm, anxious to see if it was sold out. There were no other customers, so I was able to relax and enjoy my meal. The firm 100% Shinshu jade soba exceeded my expectations and was delicious with a flavor and texture that I was satisfied with even though I had been to soba restaurants. I don't think the amount is small. I guess it's a lot... The soup stock had no taste, was neither too sweet nor too strong, and went well with the soba noodles. The tempura looked like it had a lot of batter on it and I thought it was overdone, but it wasn't greasy at all and was delicious with 4 types of salt. Even my partner, who is strict about tempura oil, was completely fine with it. However, the shrimp were a little small for the price, which is disappointing as a shrimp lover. But the taste covers it◎ Hasami ware with a casual atmosphere and a clean interior, with a blue theme? kana? Tableware was also available in the store. And above all, the customer service of the wife is very pleasant! I had forgotten something, but the couple came after me and I couldn't help but accept them with open arms! thank you very much!
