Ueda, Nagano, Japan｜Shinrin

Since I came to Shinshu, I wanted to eat soba, so I stopped by! The parking lot and the inside of the store are spacious and spacious. I had a set of zaru soba and tempura, but Ueda's soba is also delicious! It was a hot day, so I had cold soba noodles and soba hot water for the first time in a while. The tempura was piping hot, and as expected from Nagano Prefecture, the enoki mushrooms were used as tempura. Coffee was included at the end, which was a bit of a surprise and felt like a good deal.

I used it on the last day of my trip. Finish off with soba noodles! ! So I ordered Morisoba. I usually have a small portion of soba noodles, so I was a little hungry so I ordered a large portion! I was surprised at how much it was ☆ However, the soba noodles were so delicious that I ate them all lol. It was chewy and tasted good, and I also had some soba soup at the end. The store is spacious and seems to have a lot of locals. I will come again ☆

It's more like a Japanese-style family restaurant and an old-fashioned drive-in than an authentic soba restaurant. But it is good. There are also desserts. The parfait is simple yet luxurious, with a generous serving of vanilla ice cream topped with cream and chocolate sauce.
