The dishes, made from wildflowers grown in the mountains behind the restaurant, were simple yet delicious, with a taste that made you feel like they had been carefully prepared. In addition, the dishes decorated with wildflowers and wildflowers called hassun, which are the true essence of picked grass dishes, looked beautiful and tasted many times more delicious. By the way, when I called in mid-July, I was told that the only Sundays other than this schedule were open in October. It is a popular store as expected. I was really lucky. The number of dishes is the same for both courses, but the cooking method is different. Since it was my first visit, I chose the 6600 yen course. When I arrived at the store, it was a little hard to find because it was surrounded by mountains and greenery. Without a car it is 100% difficult to visit. The road to the entrance of the shop is full of greenery, and it seems that you are invited to another world. The wind feels good, and although it is in the countryside, it really feels good. This alone was worth the visit. When you enter the store, the smiling staff will guide you. *Bare feet are strictly prohibited. There are only 3 sets of tables when guided to the seat. You can see that every seat has a view of the garden and that they value the space. I don't dare to introduce the dish this time. Please come and enjoy it. It was a quiet space with customers such as elderly couples and married couples. It's fun to look at all the dishes, eat them, and think, "What is this?" You can face food seriously. The timing of the food being delivered is perfect. The couple next door entered the store first and ate their food, but this table is faster to eat. The delivery speed will vary accordingly. It's not something that can be done easily, but I think that the cooperation between the hall and the kitchen is a perfect testimony. I really appreciate this kind of attention to detail.
