I have never eaten such delicious udon. It's called Oshibori Udon. Apricot steamed rice was also delicious. I was healed by the rural scenery seen from the window.

Looking at the unpainted parking lot and the suspicious appearance, I thought I would hesitate to enter for a moment, but I was surprised when I passed through the noren! The inside is a stylish space, and the store clerk is also a very kind sister. I was worried about the menu and this, so I went to chilled tororo udon. The udon was smooth and sticky and delicious, and it was very delicious with the sourness of the plum pulp as an accent. The location is hard to find, but it was nice to have a hideaway shop.

This udon restaurant is located along the mountain on the right side of the road from Matsushiro, Nagano City to Jizo Pass. Oshibori udon is popular, and it is quite firm and delicious. We recommend the kettle-fried oshibori udon with kakiage yam and apricot rice.
