More Comments at Google MapThe food was really good and the staff was really kind. The portions are generous and the menu is made of many dishes, so get ready to eat!
I stopped by when I went to Matsushiro for touring. This restaurant serves udon and set meals, but they are famous for their gyoza, so I ordered 20 pieces of udon and gyoza topped with cold pork, kimchi, and cucumber. In addition to water, they also served soba tea even though it was a udon restaurant! Since it is a udon restaurant, the noodles are thin, but they are firm and delicious. Apparently, the gyoza uses udon flour, so the dough is chewy and the seeds are delicious! ! The gyoza sauce is sweet and addictive. It was so delicious that when I tried to buy the sauce for the gyoza at the cash register, I forgot.
Located in the center of Matsushiro. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the store. It seems that there are 6 machines on the south side of the store. It's a bad analogy, but the udon noodles were thin noodles like a cold cutlet, but they had a chewy texture. Today, I had Tenzaru Udon with a cold towel. The spiciness of radish is less. It's not too spicy. At this store, the only accessories included in the towels are miso and green onions. It was delicious as a thin noodle udon.
