The noodles are thin and soft. It goes down easily in the throat and I think it is very easy to eat even for elderly people. The soup is not too strong and has a gentle flavor.

Tempura seems to take a while, but soba comes out quickly. In the past, large portions were stacked in two tiers, but that seems to be different now.

The building is a tangible cultural property. I had some delicious soba noodles there.
