My new favorite shop! ️ Vegan lunch. Very delicious❗️ I like it very much. It's a delicious lunch for 880 yen with dessert and 1,050 yen with a drink. The food was all healthy and had a gentle taste. The amount of multi-grain rice was sufficient, and it was cooked well and was delicious. The rice flour pound cake was also moist and delicious. The appearance was not very clean and there were some clumsiness as it was a one-off surgery, but even with that in mind, I was satisfied with the results. I entered the store before 12:00, but there were already two groups of people who seemed to be regulars, and the place quickly filled up. 4/10 The cherry blossom festival at Ueda Castle was over, so I went back for a leisurely stroll. Today's lunch consisted of bamboo shoot rice, okara hamburger steak, and spinach potage. Everything was delicious and I was full. There were two bowls of bamboo shoot rice. The potage is also flavored with garlic and delicious. All of them are gentle on the body and don't make you feel guilty. Dessert comes with lunch, but the dessert here is not an extra dessert, but a proper amount and is very delicious. Coffee is also delicious!! Now 1,050 is true 🉐.

We had a wonderful time sitting on the terrace with beer and 3 bottles of yakitori for 1,000 yen. The staff is also kind and ◎This is a restaurant where you can appreciate the charm of delicious sauce yakitori.

An old house? ``Collaboration Shokudo'' is a collaboration store with various shops housed in a large building. The vegan lunch is beautifully prepared with each item handmade. (See photo) Today's dessert was rose herbal tea agar jelly and sweet malt. The coffee is fair trade. Inside the store, there are recipe books and materials for vegan awareness, as well as pamphlets on animal welfare. Gentle taste and calm space. Calm down. (*´ω｀*)
