When I am asked about “delicious spicy ramen” in Ueda City, this shop is the first to answer. It's spicy, but it has a gentle taste. The red soup is thick and mellow. Fluffy eggs and crunchy chives are also fun to chew on. Rai Ramen eaten at the air-conditioned counter in the middle of summer is my petite luxury♪ Correspondence of staff is polite, too.

I happened to stop by and it turned out to be the correct ramen shop. I prefer light ramen, but the spicy miso ramen here is delicious. The signature menu item, Kaminari Ramen, is 850 yen (large serving) + 120 yen. A sweet and spicy soup with thin noodles and melty chives and beaten eggs. It has an exquisite taste! I can't hold my chopsticks in place! Personally, I highly recommend it. I forgot to take a picture of the important Kaminari ramen, so I'll upload it again, but I also recommend the Kaminari Marbo Ramen (850 yen) and the Kaminari Misotama Ramen (800 yen) shown in the photo.
