There were some hard parts at the boundary with the fat, but the loin meat is like this. The amount is large and I feel like I managed to eat it all. The price went up from July and became 1100 yen, but I was satisfied enough. The regular holiday will be changed from October. Hiyori ate a cutlet bowl. I'm not satisfied with the body that ate the special. Even if my stomach seemed to burst, I should have eaten the special.

Sauce cutlet bowl is very delicious. When I poured salt on the fat of the cutlet and ate it, the sweetness of the pork came through directly and it was so delicious that I was a little distracted😆 If you want to eat delicious katsudon in Ueda, I recommend eating at this restaurant. I have also had the special katsudon, but I prefer the sauce katsudon.
