Saku, Nagano, Japan｜Soba Hirao

A soba restaurant in Sakudaira PA. I'm happy to be able to do kaedama, so it's ◎. The soba noodles were chewy and delicious, and the wasabi had a good flavor.

There are no extras or services, just delicious soba noodles. There is no high threshold that is sometimes found in handmade soba shops. I never thought I would find such delicious soba on the highway. It's hard to go all the way, but it's a wasteful shop to pass by on the highway. Please stop by!
