Karuizawa, Nagano, Japan｜Rashiku Dining Kitchen

It is a great experience. A beautiful restaurant with amazing food. Visited here for the first time in on 4 December 2022, recommended by the owner of a pottery shop "and special" in Naka-karuizawa. The owner of the pottery shop recommends Onion soup, it's a must when I next visit this place. Located next to a popular soba restaurant, and has some parking lots in front. We visited with our dog and had lunch at the table in the gallery space behind the front building. Extra 500 jpy is required for the heater during winter season. Overall the food worth the price and so tasty, we felt it was creative. For the Italian restaurants in Karuizawa, we went to some other famous ones too but still this place is the first choice.
