I stopped by because I wanted to try new soba noodles. The appearance of the restaurant is nostalgic, but the soba noodles are exquisite. I enjoyed both Kake and Mori. Furthermore, the kakiage bowl is super delicious😋 There is a break from 16:00 to 17:00, and the rest of the time it is open day and night, so you can rest assured. The soba restaurants around here are only open during the day and close when the soba runs out, and most of them close around 2pm.

I visited during my trip to Nagano during Golden Week. The handmade soba noodles made with ground flour were more delicious than I expected and I was impressed. It's thick, firm and chewy, and there's plenty of it! As others have said, the tempura is simply exquisite. Kakiage is crispy! It makes you wonder what kind of high-end restaurant you're in. Shrimp tempura is also recommended. The store has a rustic atmosphere with no decorations, but the taste is great. Thank you to the gentle and kind host for the delicious tempura and soba feast.

I'm a man in my 20s. I came across this place while traveling alone from Saitama, so I stopped by. The taste and quantity were great. It was a warm store with a friendly owner who talked to me. It was a great end to a great trip.
