I went to Karuizawa Shopping Center and stopped by on my way back to Nagano. My family of three received a special set that was a great value. There was plenty of salad to share, and I ordered the prosciutto salad, which was delicious including the dressing. Next was potato potage soup. Then homemade bread. For mains, I had curry doria, sautéed pork, and cabbage rolls with tomato sauce. The toppings in the doria had a strong shrimp flavor, and the two slices of sauteed pork were large, and the rice was soft and went well with it. The sauce for the cabbage rolls is also flavored with garlic and herbs, making it a complete meal! Everything was delicious! It also came with jelly topped with cut fruit and a drink, so I was full! I felt like each cup of coffee was dripped to me! When I go to Karuizawa, I would like to go there again!
