Soba that we were introduced to in Komoro I used a bamboo steamer, but I used a somewhat unusual spicy dipping sauce. It's the type where you can change the flavor yourself, and it comes with chili oil and fried chicken balls. The fried carp seemed to be famous as well, so I had it. This one has a sweet sauce and has a crunchy texture and is delicious! It also looks good with beer.
