It's hard to believe that it's 100% soba. The soba noodles were chewy and delicious. I was surprised at how large the portion was, but it was so delicious that I finished it all.

This is Juwari soba. Although it breaks easily😅⋯, it means it is real Juwari soba👍! I like it very much. I will sprinkle some rock salt before serving it to enjoy the taste of buckwheat. The vegetable tempura is also delicious😋

A hideaway shop. I've been to Nagano several times since last week, and finally found some delicious Shinshu soba. Because it is a small shop, they do not accept groups of more than 4 people. It was delicious to eat with wasabi and rock salt.
