It was my first time visiting here, and I had the omakase course for dinner✨Every dish was delicious, and I hadn't been able to eat oysters for a long time, but when I timidly ate them here in the risotto, I really enjoyed them. I was surprised at how easy it was! The owner was very considerate in everything, including the thoughtful care for my birthday, and the store was well kept and clean, making it a very comfortable space and a happy time. Thank you ✨

They brought out the flavors of the vegetables very well and I thoroughly enjoyed the seasonal vegetables. There were also conger eel, rainbow trout, and duck that had a nice smoked flavor and texture that I enjoyed every time I took a bite. I made my next reservation and came back. It was very delicious, thank you for the meal.

This shop is run by the former Komoro City Regional Revitalizer. The building used to be a barber shop, so when the barber's ring is spinning, it's a sign that it's open! I had the meat course today, and it was amazing! It was delicious. Each dish brought out the aroma and flavor of the ingredients, and the work was done with great care and attention to detail. It was a feast.
