More Comments at Google Map⚠️ Be careful when passing by ⚠️ When you come from the Ueda Interchange, it is quietly located in a tenant building in front of ENEOS. I passed by. It used to be located in Higashiwada, Nagano City, but seems to have been relocated. A restaurant that serves delicious salt ramen is precious. Just by taking a sip of the soup, you can tell that it has been carefully prepared. In Tokyo, you can probably get 1500 yen per cup. It's 850 yen and it's in the countryside like this. The inside of the store is small, so if you're traveling with small children, it might be difficult. I want to feed my little one too, but I can't help it. Counter 5 seats 2 small raised tables The taste, price, and customer service are all perfect.
I shared it with my companion and ate it with salt and soy sauce. Even though the base of the soup was the same, it had a completely different taste and was very delicious! It's a shame that you can't make a large serving. Instead, it's great that you can get a Mazesoba-like dish for only 150 yen. (It was hard to believe that the amount of noodles was 150 yen) The soup is also light. It’s a taste that makes you want to drink it all up☺︎ I couldn't eat it when I went there with limited rice, so I want to go next time before it's sold out.
Revisit June 2023 Entered PP at the same time as opening 🍜 I had "Yoshi no Shio Soba" and "Dashi Rice". W soup salt soba is still delicious. The first dashi rice is chicken broth and soy sauce. It feels kind and nostalgic. It was a feast! May 2023 A shop that moved from Nagano City to Sanada 🍜 I've been interested in it since it was in Nagano City, but it was on the corner of the intersection and I didn't really know where to park my car, so I missed the opportunity to stop by. Arrived at opening time at 11am. 10 people already waiting. I was able to get in. I think it's an abandoned property, but I can't remember what store it was before... The interior of the shop is small. 5 counter seats, 2 small raised seats. I was guided to the counter and ordered Yoshi's salt soba (chicken and seafood soup) and Mazetama (soupless sauce soba). The soup is a clear golden color that has been cooked for a long time. Noodles are thin noodles with a slightly brownish wheat flavor. It goes well with the soup, which is neutral but not monotonous. Eat half of the mazetama as is. Feels like oil soba. I ate the other half in soup. I don't seem to have a large serving of noodles, so if you want to eat a little more, I think you should ask for this. Looking at the cooking, I noticed that not only the bowl of ramen, but also the bowl of dashi rice was thoroughly warmed with hot water. The shop staff were also kind and polite. It was a feast. I will bother you again.
