I have decided to go again!

Tonkatsu is delicious, but the meat is a little tough and I have the impression that you have to use your jaw to eat it. This store is different. Since they use Shinshu Taro Pork, I think the meat is also good. It's probably because it's cooked just right, so it's very soft and slippery. Moreover, the koromo is crispy. I thought it was a taste that I couldn't get at home, but it was worth trying at this restaurant! Personally, I feel that miso soup tastes like home. I was also happy that there were so many ingredients such as pumpkin, cabbage, carrots, and komatsuna! The building feels new and I think it's clean and nice.
