It is becoming our standard menu when we serve American breakfast at XIV. I had an American breakfast for breakfast. Karuizawa mini vegetables and summer vegetables sausage with potatoes Kitayatsu bacon I especially praised it... it was delicious. I will repeat again in Karuizawa.

Has the chef changed here? It turned out delicious. The whole family is always happy and having fun. The wine pairing was also good 😄

I used it for dinner on a certain day in September 2019. I ordered the cheapest course, and it was voluminous and the meat was tender and delicious. I was surprised that even the children's course ended up with so much food that they couldn't finish it all. I would like to go again if I have a chance.
