Karuizawa, Nagano, Japan｜Kikusui

We think we found a hidden Gem in Karuizawa. Everything we ordered was very delicious. Omurice was great. The rice was delicious with soft and fluffy egg. Beef in beef curry was tender. Napoleon Spaghetti was also great. Nice atmosphere. Polite staffs.

This Western restaurant is run by a couple and has a dining atmosphere similar to that of a small auberge. The reservation is for 1 group (up to 4 people) for 30 minutes, and although it takes a while to wait for it to come out, it is a properly made western food and is delicious, including the sauce. For Karuizawa, it's a super high cost performance shop, and it's right behind the regular inn, so I'd like to visit it often from now on. The set menu was too much for my kids, so next time I'll try the a la carte option!

Added to the regular menu a while ago Neapolitan. Spaghetti Neapolitan with a slightly stronger taste is a luxurious version with shrimp! The appetizer salad and soup are also very delicious.
