A shop that I visit when I go to Karuizawa to escape the summer heat, Christmas, or ski trips. It is a convenient shop that is popular not only with the locals but also with vacationers. It seems to be written as Ippinko and read as Ippinshan. (Don't be embarrassed when booking lol) No matter what you order, it's definitely delicious and you'll end up eating too much...😅 It's a pity that you can't take out, but I'll eat full and go home. Weekend nights are often fully booked... Reservations are required. Parking is limited, so come early👍 The staff are also friendly (even for foreigners *^｡^*), so you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind. It's a good store that makes me wish I had it in my neighborhood.
