Great food & service and really friendly to family with kids

All-day dining Karuizawa is located in Karuizawa Prince Hotel East. This will be the hotel's main dining room. The store is a large space with an open kitchen on one floor. Tables are spaced far apart, so you can enjoy your meal without worrying about your surroundings. This time I went at the start of dinner time, so there were fewer customers and I was able to relax more. We had a variety of a la carte items including salad, fries, grilled salmon, grilled pork, and pasta. The salad was a forest salad with mushrooms and walnuts on top, and it wasn't too sour, so I could enjoy the taste of the ingredients. The fries are flavored with garlic and herbs and are fluffy and crunchy! The salmon is Shinshu salmon, and it is refreshing, not greasy, and delicious. The rice pork was raised on a diet of ground brown rice mixed in with the feed, and had a refreshing but subtle sweetness and soft texture. The way you start the fire is also good. The meat sauce fettuccine had a chewy texture and meaty flavor, making it a very well-balanced and delicious pasta. Karuizawa's lively atmosphere is a favorite, but it's also nice to have a relaxing meal at the hotel's restaurant.

Ordered beef rib roast steak for lunch. The redness and fat of the beef were well balanced and soft, and the meat's umami and saltiness were very delicious. Onions and mashed potatoes for garnish are also compatible. There were two types of sauce, Japanese style and mustard, but it was the most delicious without it. Regarding the staff, the response from the foreign staff was particularly wonderful. In particular, I was very happy with the spirit of treating my little son as a customer, such as dealing with and talking to children. I was very grateful for their kindness, such as bringing me a wet towel, but I think that kind of humane service will become a memory that I will never forget even after a while. thank you very much.
