I used it for meetings with customers. The customer service from the staff was very good. This time I didn't eat, I only had drinks, but next time I'd like to come more slowly.

Both dinner and breakfast were wonderful. They make full use of Shinshu ingredients and are beautifully presented to please you. The vegetables were delicious, but the refreshing taste of the dressing left a lasting impression on me. They filled up on the meat dishes and finished the meal, cheering as they looked at the dessert platter. The buffet the next morning was spectacular again. Starting with Asanoya bread, we have Western and Japanese food, sweet and spicy foods, rice, bread, and udon noodles, as well as milk, juice, and even smoothies. The ham and sausages are delicious, as well as all-you-can-eat fresh salads and fresh fruit. There's nothing to complain about.

This is the hotel's dinner and breakfast venue. All of the dishes were elaborately prepared and delicious. I was able to enjoy my trip with the courteous staff.
