I had a large serving of shrimp and squid tempura kishimen (commonly known as special). It's full of volume, with plenty of small ingredients such as wild vegetables and kamaboko. The kishimen has a good texture and the slightly thick sweet and spicy soup has just the right amount of flavor. The tempura is a reasonable size. You can enjoy everything from the crispy batter to the melty texture that blends into the soup.

I had squid tempura kishimen. To be honest, I have never had kishimen at a restaurant, so I was a little worried, but it was very delicious. Since it was just lunchtime, the store was crowded as it is a popular restaurant.
