I stopped by during Golden Week. The road to Togakushi Shrine Middle Shrine was congested, so I gave up on Togakushi Shrine early and headed for this restaurant. Although it was lunchtime, there were several groups waiting for about 15 minutes. The waiting area is spacious and not cramped, and best of all, you can watch the soba noodles being made up close. I'm actually glad I had some waiting time. The tatami room was spacious, the wait time from ordering was not long, the soba was delicious, and the soba dango was delicious. You can also buy souvenirs such as soba karinto on your way home. It was a hit.

As expected from Nagano and Togakushi! It was a very delicious soba. Moreover, the timing was perfect and the “new soba” was served! ! I had the ``Soba Manju Tempura'' as a variation, and it was delicious. There was red bean paste inside.
