Nagano, Japan｜SYABU-YO Nagano Shinonoi

I suddenly received Hot Pepper Points from Hot Pepper for a limited time. I decided to use it because it was a great opportunity (for real?). Visited for lunch. The course is Akagi Sanroku Pork & Beef Misuji Course (¥2419), and the dashi is white dashi and medicinal style hot pot dashi (+¥165). Start with salads. I ate green onions, chives, shimeji mushrooms, and tofu. With shabu-shabu, you can adjust the seasoning and boiling to your liking, so it was very delicious. And meat. Akagi Sanroku Pork is especially delicious. Personally, I like to eat it with a sauce of ponzu sauce, grated maple leaves, grated garlic, and bean sauce. Although there is no time limit, you will be full within 2 hours. Finally, the soft serve ice cream is topped with plenty of chocolate sauce and chocolate crunch. In addition to the hot pepper point discount, I used a hot pepper coupon, so the price was very reasonable for an all-you-can-eat meal. Since it was a weekday lunch, the restrooms were clean, the staff were courteous, and there was almost no wait time for food. Very satisfied 👍

Once a week (usually) at lunchtime on weekdays, this is my favorite restaurant. I'm so sorry that I'm here, so I can only thank you. 😊✨✨ The male staff member sometimes works in a hall, but he looks a little blunt, so I'd like you to fix that.🙄

It was my first time visiting. All you can eat for 80 minutes, I was very satisfied. I was disappointed that there weren't many shabu-shabu hot vegetables, but I was very satisfied with the meat and sushi. The meatballs were also delicious, and I ended up having to refill them many times.
