Went for lunch on a Saturday. The ginger-grilled Miyuki pork and tonkatsu were both delicious. Eating the tonkatsu with salt was especially delicious. (I forgot to take a photo of the tonkatsu)

The outside sign said "Tonkatsu Ramen", so I thought I'd try the pork cutlet. I had the "sauce katsudon" My husband ordered "Miyuki pork fillet and set meal". The inside of the shop has an atmosphere like a coffee shop (actually, there are cafe menus such as light meals and coffee), and there was music that was relaxing. A comfortable space. The most important dish, The staff at the shop gave us a simple guide on how to eat it, When I tried it, I could really feel the umami of the meat, not just the sauce! It's crispy and the batter is light, It tasted better than any cutlet I've ever eaten. It seems that they use brand pork called Miyuki pork. I would like to try the ramen next time.

The fillet set meal was soft and delicious. I'd like to try ginger fried rice next time.
