I was guided to my seat at 5:30, waiting for about 30 minutes. This time, I ordered "Tawara Jumbo Hamburger 300g" 1,560 yen + "Soup Set" 660 yen. The hamburger arrived in about 30 minutes after ordering. I asked for the usual finish grilling performance at rare. The sauce is Japanese style. The 100% domestic beef rare grilled hamburger has a meaty and juicy texture, allowing you to enjoy the original deliciousness of the meat. At first glance, 300g feels like a lot of volume, but it's not greasy, so it's easy to swallow. It's a popular store, so if you stop by during the time, you'll have to wait a long time. It takes time from ordering to serving food, so it is better to visit after knowing that you will have to wait in advance. If you come all the way to Nagano, this is a must-try dish. I think it's a hamburger that you can't taste at other stores.
