Nagano, Japan｜Tanbo Soba Shop

Absolutely the best 山菜そば, the noodle and soup is perfect. The veggies is also so good, that's rare to have, most place are just packed stuff. Love it

We found this restaurant near the Togakushi Chuusha when we visit Nagano Prefecture from Tokyo. It was a good place to try authentic soba dishes , toppings were good too ! I had “goriyakusoba “ if i’m not mistaken . You can easily get to the place by car . Enjoy the nature and the good food !

Awesome little soba restaurant. Food is more delicate and cheaper than those catering to tourist. Only problem is no English menu. Other than that, strongly recommend.
