Visited the store with a reservation for weekday lunch. First of all, the exterior, interior, etc... The building matches the town of Obuse and is very nice. Lunch has a limited menu. There wasn't much fish in stock today, so there was no ``Omakase Seafood Gozen.'' So, we ordered silver cod and thick-sliced ​​tonkatsu to share. Each piece of silver cod was voluminous, and the exquisite seasoning that went well with the rice was very delicious. Although the pork cutlet was thickly sliced, it was perfectly cooked, the fat was sweet, and it was delicious. Even when I ate it with salt and miso, it was very delicious. The vegetables that came with the dish were colorful and fresh. The chestnut panna cotta that came out for dessert was also delicious and I would have liked to order it alone. The staff and their care are top notch.
