Fantastic soba, engaging host. Was fun to try the different varieties of noodles. The mushroom tempura was exceptional.

Visited for lunch after eating shaved ice at Obusedo head office restaurant. This is a restaurant where you can eat 100% buckwheat noodles, and there are 5 types of soba noodles, including seasonal soba noodles, which you can enjoy just by looking at the menu. When you visit for the first time, the proprietress will explain various soba. Hatsuga soba is the best recommendation, so I ordered a 4-kind assortment that is not on the menu. It seems that germinated soba is not available if you have 3 kinds of menu. However, it is still flexible enough to exchange germinated soba for any kind. The 4 kinds of assortment had different colors and tastes were completely different and it was fun. The recommended germination soba was the most delicious. The texture and flavor were overwhelming. I would like to visit you again when I visit Obuse. By the way, there are only 3 parking lots, so it may be safer to park in another parking lot in Obuse city and walk.

A shop that lets you eat 10% soba. If it's your first time, the staff will explain the menu to you. The germinated soba is chewy and delicious.
