A really lovely hidden gem! The food is great and very affordable. The set meals were really well done! The staff were all also very sweet. If I'm ever in Obuse again, I would come back here!

I visited Obuse for the first time as a family. We were 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, but we were allowed to go through the horigotatsu room. As you can see in the image, there were many picture books on the wood rack on the wall, and the atmosphere was comfortable and not boring for children. Soba and udon noodles are delicious, but if you are a person who takes a leisurely stroll, you will surely be satisfied with the delicious skewers and set lunch. When visiting the store, a large serving of udon is +100 yen. I think that if you want a large portion, you should order a large serving. I could feel the master's commitment to the deep-fried skewers. Deep-fried skewers where you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients without relying entirely on seasonings. No wonder so many customers come here. The smile of the woman who talked to me at the checkout was also sparkling, and it was a meal time that the whole family was satisfied with.
