More Comments at Google MapThe soba noodles were delicious! Nihachi Soba is made from 100% buckwheat flour, so I had a very fragrant and delicious soba. (I think it's called Tonihachi?) I want to go eat there again!
While visiting Shinshu Nagano and Obuse "Kanae Handmade Soba Restaurant" Visit us. A well-known soba restaurant hidden in Obuse! ️ A shop where it is difficult to understand both the car and the navigation. A little off the tourist area, enter the back from the main road, and it's in a residential area. It is a well-known soba restaurant that is hidden away. A restaurant serving 100% and 80% buckwheat noodles hand-rolled with a stone mill from Shinshu! ️ The small appearance and delicious vegetable tempura! ️ this time it's a tempura of strained wild vegetables!! ️ Crispy tempura and 100% Shinshu soba were excellent. I think that this is not a shop for tourists, but a shop for people who love soba noodles. Also, when I go to Obuse, I will disturb you.
We stopped by for lunch on the way back from Nozawa Onsen 🚙💨 Shinshu is famous for soba, but maybe it's because they don't have a delicious specialty, or maybe the restaurant we chose didn't suit our tastes 🤔 There are many soba restaurants in Obuse as well. The first store I went to about 10 years ago was average, even though there was a line even before it opened. Since then, I no longer eat soba in Obuse. When it comes to soba, it's rare to find a restaurant that has all the three features: the thickness of the noodles, the strain, the flavor of the soup, and the tempura. This is the third restaurant I've found in Obuse, and I thought it was pretty good. The limited edition 100% didn't have enough freshness, but the 28 felt perfect. The soup is neither too sweet nor too spicy. The tempura was served with tempura sauce, and the batter was thin and delicious. It's a detached house located in an alley, and eating soba while looking out at the courtyard is a blissful moment. I'll drop by again. Thank you for the meal. P.S.✍2022/9/11 To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, there are three 4-person seats and two 2-person seats in the raised tatami-mat seats, and there are four counter seats, but every other seat has two people sitting. It is especially crowded during the chestnut season from September to October. A system where you write your name and number of people on a form placed at the store before the store opens.
