Delicious!

This is a cheap and delicious soba restaurant. The photo shows medium size (750g) and tempura (small). It feels like it's a little too much for two people to eat. So, there are sizes up to large sizes, but unless you can eat about 3kg, I think it's better to go for the medium size, and for the tempura, it's better to go for the small size. The soba soup is also delicious, and there are quite a lot of condiments (wasabi and green onions). I arrived about 30 minutes after it opened, and the soba soup was very thick. I went there a few times when I was young, and I think the last time was about 20 years ago, but the quantity was the same and the taste seemed to be better. The staff's customer service was more sophisticated than the ones I used to have, and they were very nice people. Although the restaurant is located at the end of a mountain road that can make you feel sad, it is quiet and has a nice view, so we recommend it.

Although it is at the foot of the mountain, it is a little hot💦 I also wanted to order kake soba, but it seems like I'm going to be sweaty, so I skipped 👋 The soba noodles that came out soon after, First of all, it is 900g, and the serving is amazing ❣️ And very thin and slightly flattened. Light and translucent, very fresh✨ You can tell just by looking at it, this guy is my absolute favorite💕 Soba first, then wasabi and soba. Hoorane, no,,,,, This is the most delicious past ((((；ﾟДﾟ))))💦 Aroma, throat, texture, taste, everything is perfect!! ️😳 Repeat confirmed!! ️ I was surprised ❗️ The vegetable-only tempura is also crispy and delicious, and I'm really satisfied ♥️ The soup is also good with the scent of dried bonito and the strength that is as strong as soba. Next time, I think I'll come to taste normal and kake soba 🥰🎵
